BlancArt Studio seeks to ensure that descriptions, images, prices and other elements presented are correct. However, occasional errors may occur, without prejudice to consumers’ legally recognised rights.

Orders and conclusion of the contract

Submitting an order represents an offer to purchase. The contract is considered concluded after order confirmation and payment acceptance, without prejudice to exceptional situations of unavailability, obvious error or legal non-compliance.

Prices shown should be understood according to the information indicated on each product page, including or excluding taxes and shipping as identified there. Available payment methods are shown during checkout.

Shipping and delivery

Preparation and delivery times are indicative unless expressly stated otherwise. BlancArt Studio is not responsible for delays attributable to carriers, customs, force majeure or incorrect data provided by the customer.

Cancellations, returns and withdrawal right

Where applicable to the nature of the product and to the buyer’s status as a consumer, the customer may exercise the legal withdrawal right within the period in force after receiving the order. Consumers benefit from legal rights regarding guarantees and conformity of goods under applicable Portuguese law.
